Set-Up Instructions:

1. Select a Suitable Location: Choose a spot outside your home to install the grounding rod, ideally close to where you plan to use your grounding mat—near a door or window works well.

2. Install the Grounding Rod: Push the grounding rod vertically into the ground. If the soil is hard, water the area to ease installation.

3. Connect the Grounding Cord: Attach the L-shaped end of the cord to the grounding rod and run it through a door or window.

4. Connect Your Grounding Mat: Snap the female connector of your black coiled cord into your grounding mat, then connect the metal prong of the mat’s cord to the grounding cord.

5. Get Grounded: Place your feet, sit, or lie down on the grounding mat to start connecting with the Earth’s energy.
